1. Service-Based Nature of Work
All services provided by Dynamics Brand Solutions Limited are digital, strategy-based, and service-driven. This includes marketing, funnel development, automation systems, consulting, and related solutions.
Once work has begun, time, expertise, and resources are actively allocated to your project.
2. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer automatic refunds once a project has started or work has been delivered.
Payments are considered final once:
- Project planning has begun
- Strategy or campaign work has started
- Any part of the service has been delivered or accessed
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in limited situations such as:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Failure to initiate work after payment without valid reason
- Mutual agreement between both parties before project commencement
Each case is reviewed individually.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, where only part of a service has been delivered and both parties agree to discontinue the project, a partial refund may be considered based on work already completed.
This is not guaranteed and depends on project stage and resources used.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed strategy or consultation work
- Delivered digital assets (funnels, ads, websites, systems)
- Already executed marketing campaigns
- Time and labor already invested in the project
- Third-party costs (if applicable)
6. Project Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel a project after it has started, they must submit a written request.
Any cancellation will be reviewed based on progress made and resources already used.
7. Disputes and Resolution
We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and professionally. If there is an issue, clients are encouraged to reach out so that we can review and find an appropriate solution.
